I just LOVE it when I find FREE training and tools all in the same place.

Yes, you do need to put in your email to get the training video and squeeze page template but if you don't like the emails they send you afterwards, just opt out.

I signed up and downloaded the zip file and went through the video lesson on how to use it.

The instructions were clear and simple and the squeeze page is very generic. You can use it for any product or service you want to sell.

These folks have the concept of giving away something of value down pat. I've seen many programs with price tags from $27 on up that down give as much in return as this free video.
