The Death of Email Marketing

Email has had its day and will soon be replaced with video email.  When connecting online, video is proving to be the best medium.  Video email is now deliverable to most computers and Smartphones and nearly 67% of Americans have Smartphones.
Add to this, Americans are reading less everyday.  1/3 of all Americans read at a 5 grade level or less and November 2009 prior 6-month year to year newspapers sales dropped 10.6%.  Over the same period, YouTubes’ growth was more than 200%.  Email has fallen prey to illiteracy.  Marketers, particularly those tracking metrics email campaign tools such as Aweber.com and ConstantContact.com, are acutely aware of this decline.
